The Idaho Black Community Alliance (IBCA) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering diverse communities through cultural engagement, business support, and youth development. With a special focus on uplifting Black-owned businesses, we provide resources, events, and programs that drive meaningful change. From leadership training to economic initiatives, IBCA creates spaces where purpose, growth, and connection thrive. Together, we’re building a stronger, united Idaho.

The Youth Empowerment Program (YEP) is an initiative dedicated to equipping young people with essential life skills to help them navigate their personal and professional journeys.
Through goal-setting workshops, leadership development, and community engagement activities, YEP offers opportunities for youth to build confidence, develop practical skills, and prepare for their futures. By focusing on real-world applications and interactive meetings, YEP fosters a supportive environment where young people can thrive, grow and inspire others to do the same.
